Apex Connect allows users to link one account from each platform (e.g., Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, etc.) to their Apex Connect account. If you receive an error message stating, "This Apex Connect Account is already linked to another account", it means that the platform's account you're trying to link is already connected to a different Apex Connect account.
To resolve this, our Customer Support team can assist you with unlinking the account successfully. This will allow you to link your desired platform account and continue playing the game without any issues.

In case you are using Xbox (Live), please provide us with the following information:
- Your Xbox Live Gamertag (screenshot required).
- The email address linked/you’re using to log in to Apex Connect.
In case you are using PlayStation, please provide us with the following information:
- The email address linked/you’re using to log in to Apex Connect.
- A screenshot of your PlayStation Network ID from your profile menu.
In case you are using Steam/Epic Games(PC), please provide us with the following information:
- Your Steam Account ID (Steam only). You can find instructions on how to locate your Steam ID in the first section of this article: SteamID, Steam Account Names, Merging Accounts and Deleting Accounts.
- The email address linked/you’re using to log in to Apex Connect.
- A screenshot of your Steam/Epic Games profile.
